Genelex DNA Genetic Profiling

Genelex is a FDA contracted Laboratory that his been working with DNA for over 25 years. Genetic Profiling is now available to the entire US Medical Community. This simple test will assist your Doctor in determining which FDA approved medications and doses are best for you, taking into account your unique DNA Genetic Profile. This is a Simple, painless "Cheek Swab" to collect your DNA, the swabs are similar to a Que-Tip with a 5" stem, collects the sample. Your genetic profile does not change, therefore is done once in your lifetime.
The Doctor will send the Swabs to the Lab for analysis, and in about a week, we will receive a report about the medicinal treatment that is best for you. This Test is fully paid for by Medicare and by most Private Insurance. Patients are not balance-billed regardless of your Insurance coverage. Patients are asked to complete the Consent Form with: (1) Patient Information, Name, address, (2) Date of Birth, and provide your (3) Patient Consent, at the bottom of the form. One week after the Doctor receives the report, you will receive a Wallet Card with your unique genetic profile, which all your Doctors may use anytime Prescriptions are written for you.
