Opening the second half tied at 0-0, the Fighting Knights came out firing with a couple of quick shots on goal. Just two and a half minutes into the half, Penta collected an errant pass at midfield and made a nice run up the center of the Tritons territory. The New York native faked right, cut left and fired a left-footed shot from the top of the 18-yard box to the left side of the net to put LU up 1-0. Rachel Andreozzi put the game out of reach in the 69th minute of play. The senior stopper recognized the Tritons were slow to get into formation on a free kick just outside the 18-yard box and got off a quick shot to the left post. Eckerd keeper Caitlin McClure was also slow on her reaction of the shot as she saw the ball sail past her into the left corner.
