ISAGENIX™ - Step-By-Step Plan "B" Instructions, the Every-Day Cleanse, for the 30 Day Total Health and Wellness System™ - World Leader in Nutritional Cleansing. A slight departure from the 30-Day Game-Plan. Briefly the change from the typical schedule, is to take a 2oz serving of the Cleanse every day, one serving in the early morning, and a second serving late evening, rather than an "All Day" Cleanse, 4 servings, once per week... Simple enough... Below is a recital of the step-by-step directions; We find this beneficial, as our daily routine does not have to revolve around a particular "Cleanse Day" by implementing the "Every Day Cleanse." Here is the Time-Schedule of events that Marilyn and I have been using for the past several years, for our Work/Life balance...

06:55am WEIGH-IN Only WEEKLY, results are relevent; For our schedules we WEIGH-IN every Thursday at 6:55AM, just before our Cleanse/Ionix.
07:00am Cleanse for Life: 2oz serving, plus a 1oz serving of the IonixSupreme. For optimal absorption, the Cleanse is taken 90-120 minutes before meals.
08:30am IsaLean Shake: one pre-pack, or two 1/4cup scoops if using Canister + 8oz quality water + 2-3 ice-cubes, (optional add 1/8cup fresh fruit)
08:30am Isagenix Accelerator: take one capsule with the shake; If taking Product-B, or the Ageless Essentials AM pack, take this with the morning shake.
08:30am Drink several, suggesting three 8oz servings of purified or bottled water, spread-out over the 4 hours until your Lunch-Time Meal.
10:30am IsaSnack, have a wafer or two between meals; the mid-Morning snack may be: 1/2 of Isagenix FiberSnack or SlimCake, our personal favorites.

12:30pm IsaLean Shake: one pre-pack, or two 1/4cup scoops if using Canister + 8oz quality water + 2-3 ice-cubes, (optional add 1/8cup fresh fruit).
12:30pm Drink several, suggesting two or more 8oz servings of purified or bottled water, spread-out over the 4 hours until your Evening Meal.
02:30pm IsaSnack, have a wafer or two between meals; the mid-Afternoon snack may be: 1/2 of Isagenix FiberSnack or SlimCake, our personal favorites.
02:30pm Isagenix Accelerator: take one capsule with the mid-Afternoon snack or take it with no snack; do not take the 2nd Accelerator after 3pm.
02:30pm Drink several, suggesting two or three 8oz servings of purified or bottled water, spread-out over the time until your Evening Meal.

04:30pm IsaSnack, have a wafer or two between meals; the mid-Afternoon snack may be: 1/2 of Isagenix FiberSnack or SlimCake, our personal favorites.

10:00pm IsaFlush capsules, take ONE or TWO capsules at end of day; Remember IsaFlush is Colon Support; IsaFlush is NOT a laxative. I take 2 capsules
10:00pm IonixSupreme: take 1oz serving of IonixSupreme at bedtime. (Note, this serving is optional; if taken you would need one additional Ionix pack)

*NOTE* 1 This schedule shows IsaLean Shakes for all 3 meals; You may substitute ONE "Normally Balanced" 600 calorie meal, for either breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner. For very busy folks, or dont want to Cook, its perfectly fine to have 3 IsaLean Shakes in a Day; For Athletes & Trainers, have 4 or 5 shakes/day.

*NOTE* 2 GOALS: Weight Loss Goals, when this has been reached, simply reduce IsaLean Shakes by ONE each day. This is the Maintenance System. For WOMEN, for 30 Day System, weekly results may show approxiately -2.5 to -3.3 pounds loss per Week, depending on body composition & regimen. For MEN, for 30 Day System, weekly results may show approxiately -3.0 to -3.5 pounds loss per Week, depending on body composition & regimen

*NOTE* 3 FYI, from a biochemistry standpoint, its better that the Cleanse for Life, be taken 90 minutes before eating, or 90 minutes after eating; however the Cleanse and the Ionix may be taken together, here are some simple guidelines for talking the Cleanse for Life and IonixSupreme servings:

A. The Ionix may be taken with the Shakes or meals, before, during or after meals.
B. The Cleanse may be taken with the IonixSupreme.
C. The Cleanse should not be taken with Shakes, and not with any meals.  
D. Its not catastrophic if Cleanse is taken with the Shake; However, Cleanse absorbs more efficiently without aggressive digestive activity in process.

With Weekly Weigh-Ins, you should observe a relatively steady weight release. The more closely you follow the system outlined, the better and more consistent your weight release will occur. Sometime weight-loss may plateaus for a week or 10 days; this too is a common experience, as ones body is adjusting to the new BMI, index... Since these foods are not like typical "starvation diet," instead of the formulations forcing weight off, with Isagenix formulations, the Body Decides....

In our experience, when beginning the 30-Day System, with the program modified with one-shake-per-day, to ease into the system, when weight-loss plateaus, this is the time we commence with an "ALL-DAY" Cleanse. This is where one takes 4oz of the Cleanse (two 2oz bottles) every 4 hours, FOUR times during the day, drinking lots of water during the day: Here are the 4 routines we follow;
The "ALL DAY CLEANSE" routines ar shown as A, B, C below; and the TWO DAY DEEP CLEANSE" shown in D below:

A: Say 7:00am, 11:00am; 3:00pm; and 7:00pm; Eat only light wafer snacks, or IsaDelight Chocolates, during these cleanse days.
B: Say 10:00pm; 7:00am; 11:00am, and 3:00pm; Eat only wafer snnacks; Clease is completed. At 7:00pm you may have a normal dinner in this 2nd day
C: Say 10:00pm; 7:00am; 11:00am, and 3:00pm; 7:00pm; 10:00pm, only wafer snacks, or IsaDelight Chocolates
D: Say 7:00am, 11:00am; 3:00pm; and 7:00pm; Day 2: 7:00am, 11:00am; 3:00pm; and 7:00pm; Eat only light wafer snacks, or IsaDelight Chocolates.
E: Drink at a minimum eight 8oz servings of Quality Water every Day; If your urine becomes "yellowish" add another two 8oz servings of quality water/day

30 DAY PROGRAM---Isagenix's "30-Day Cleansing and Fat Burning System" and their "Total Health and Wellness 30 Day System" are the most effective ways to change one's eating and health habits. For Marilyn and I, we purchased the "30-Day Cleansing and Fat Burning System," as our first entry into these products. We bought One 30-Day Package, we shared it, rather than buying two 9-Day starter packages; therefore it provided a 15 day supply for each of us. After just 10 days, we experienced its amazing and effective results; and ordered a second 30-Day Package to stay with the program; and we continued to Auto-Ship this 30-Day package every month until our ideal weight is attained, in about 4 months. The Images below highlight the System components, one-by-one, in an easy to read fashion. After the 2nd week, we combined ISAGENIX's "30-Day Cleansing and Fat Burning System" package by supplementing it with a 30-day-box of Ageless Essentials with Product-B for Women & Men, plus Ageless Joint Support, IsaImune, and FiberSnacks, for our monthly Autoshipments.

SUGGESTED SUPPLEMENTS TO THE 30 DAY PROGRAM--- We also supplemented the program with ISAGENIX's IsaLean Chicken and Tomato Soups, which have a very similar composition to the Daily Shake. The addition of the Soups gives some change to having 2 cold shakes, 6 days a week... therefore in the afternoon or evening, when one has their 2nd meal substitution, the warm Soup is a refreshing change, and provides the nutrients, vitamins, and energy boosting carbohydrates, which are all essential components of this System. And in addition we added ISAGENIX's "SlimCakes" which gives us a 90-calorie treat in the mid-morning, or mid-afternoon, giving a nice Oatmeal-Berry snack, to help curb any cravings, to assist in breaking the previous eating habits so engrained into our life-styles... 21 days is the magic number, in days to really break these bad eating habits. Then we added Isagenix's IsaDelight+Plus, which is a nice little Dark Chocolate wafer that contains Antioxidants and extracts of Green Tea, which one may eat 4-day when cleansing, or in the very late evening, rather than noshing and ruining your new eating regimen. We have also bought a box of their IasLean Bars, which come in 4 "flavors" which are very good indeed, and cann serve as a meal-replacement, or you cann nibble on a part of it for a mid-morning or mid afternoon boost of energy, however, with our any stimulants. Please take a moment and review the First 10 Color Slides displayed below... these pictorials summarize the entire weekly process Graphically. Notice that the Pre-Cleanse Day in the Graphic below is the same day-routine as a regular Shake-Day. The ISAGENIX 30-Day Regimen: When the Packages arrive, there are a number of, bottles, jars, and canisters, as pictured below. The regimen is quite simple. Here is some helpful step-by-step guidance, also summarized above..

A) First Step in the Morning after you relieve yourself, at 7am for your weigh-in, or whenever your day begins, (create a routine and stick with it). It is important to weigh-in at the start of the 30-day Regimen, so that you know from where you begin... weighing in can be daily; however, we strongly recommend weekly, at the same time of the morning.

We suggest WEEKLY WEIGH-IN, the results will be more relevent; For our schedules we choose to WEIGH-IN every Thursday @ 7AM:
Women, following the 30 Day System weekly weigh-in may show results of approxiately -2.8 to -3.3 pounds loss per Week, depending on body composition
For Men, following the 30 Day System weekly weigh-in may show results of approxiately -3.0 to -3.5 pounds loss per Week, depending on body composition

B) Prepare your vitamin reginem, for example open the Ageless Essentials* AM pack, (this recomended box contains 30 AM and 30 PM pre packaged capsule sets specifically for Women and Men) add to these, 1 Natural Accelerator capsule (included in the 30-Day program) and 1 capsule of the Isagenix Antioxidants capsule*. (* these items are Isagenix system supplements that we use and recommend). After all the Capsules and Supplements are arranged and ready for ingestion.

C) Prepare 2oz of IonixSupreme liquid, or the small Scoop of the Ionix powder, and blend with the IsaLean Shake, which contains two 1/4 cup scoops, (a scoop measuring is packaged inside each shake canister) with 8oz (can be 10oz if you desire) of purified water (use quality water), (add the scoops with the measured water, perhaps with several Ice-Cubes to render a cooling blend), to your Bullet Blender, blend for 20 seconds, and you're ready to take your first shake of the DAY. (Note Drink the Shake right away; DO NOT Let the blended mixture stand for more than 10 minutes). Personally I take the pills with the shake to wash them down, followed by the 2oz shot-glass of liquid (assuming you are not blending the Ionix with the Shake powder). We ordered the IonixSupreme in powder form and add this to the 2-scoop shake powder and blend them together... Then have plenty of fresh water to drink during the morning; the more water the better;

D) During a typical day drink half-your-body-weight equivalent in Ounces-of-Water. For example if you weigh 180 pounds, then 180 divided by 2 = 90oz of water each day... reminder an Imperial Quart contains 32oz of fluid, therefore, for a 180 pound person, drink about 3 quarts of quality water each day, or more. IMPORTANT: Please note, almost all of your "weight loss, toxins, bodily waste, and amino acids" are expelled through your Urinary Tract, passing within your urine. Therefore DRINK the estimated quantity of quality water or more, as mentioned above, or no more than 25% more for a daily limit of 112oz of water, (in other words, don't over do it) so that your system may more easily expel the toxins, amino acids, and bodily waste as a result of the "Fat Burning System;" these toxins need to be expelled frequently during the day and evening; WATER is the medium for expulsion of the Toxins, Amino Acids, and bodily waste. Your alimentary canal IS the route for your body to expel mostly "undigested food." Notice, we keep mentioning "purified or quality water;" This is because you will be/are ingesting large volumes of water during every day, therefore make sure the water is clean and pure (also forget about the Faucet-Top Filters or Under the Counter Canisters which are so-called "purifiers." These devices may change the water flavor with ionic-substitutions, but do not actually purify the water)... Irrespective of the Public Reports, typical "City Water" in a populated area is terrible in my humble opinion, and contains contaminants and other elemental components that are best not ingested, particularly in high volumes... Deep wells from the mountains States of the Western USA, far away from "Civilization" or Distilled Water are the best choices; extremely deep natural spring bottled water is good, or commercially produced waters that have been scientifically tested for purity; For example, waters that are purified by the Coca Cola or Pepsi Cola bottling companies are reasonably purified and acceptable choices, however a bit more expensive than gallon jugs of Steam Distilled or Vapor Distilled water available at the grocery store,, usually capped with a RED plastic top-seal. I have personally inspected two popular soda "bottling companies" who have very strict processing standards, similar to those used for the water used with their proprietary formulations in manufacturing their beverages. The only commercially available "pure water" is labeled as "Steam Distilled" which has a pH of 7.0 and contains no minerals, nor contaminants of any measurable levels.

E) Mid-Day, either prepare the 2nd IsaLean shake, or the IsaLean Soup, or have a balanced 400-600 calorie meal. And in either case, take one capsule of Isagenix's Accelerator. (Note, do NOT take an Accelerator capsule after 3pm, to help assure restful sleep.) If this second meal of the Day as a "meal substitution" then combine two scoops of the flavored shake of your choice, combined with 8oz of purified/quality water. As an alternative to the "Shake" choose one of ISAGENIX's terrific meal-substitutions, their Chicken or Tomato Soup... In this case, instead of the blended Shake, mix 1-Pouch (pre-packaged Soup pouch), or 2 scoops if you buy the 14-meal canister, with 8oz of Warm Water; Warm Water means water that is slightly cooler than a piping-hot cup of coffee or hot tea water; To accomplish this, we go to our trusty KEURIG coffee maker, without the Coffee insert of course, place a 10oz-12oz large Coffee or Soup Mug under the KEURIG spout, press the 8oz-10oz selector permitting the freshly heated purified water to fill the 12oz Mug. This water comes out of the machine at about 192ºF which is TOO HOT for the ISAGENIX Soup mix to sustain the proper effectiveness of its organic ingredients. Therefore permit this Mug of Hot water to stand on your Counter Top for 4-5 minutes. This will permit the HOT water to cool down to say 135ºF-145ºF which is ideal for mixing the Soup Packet ingredients, (or 2-scoops); When ready for the mixing, have a miniature Whisk ready, add the Pre-Mix Pak all at once, and Whisk quickly, to prevent clumping, so that all of the ingredients are completely dissolved in the Warm Quality Water... if you don't have a small Whisk, use a 4 pronged table-fork and mix briskly until completely mixed, (do not use a spoon, as spoons are NOT good for mixing; spoons are good for stirring and eating).

F) In the Evening: Assuming you had an Isagenix "Shake" first thing in the morning; and a balanced 400-600 calorie meal mid-day, then in the Evening, this will be your last, the 2nd, meal replacement of the Day. Use the same mixing directions mentioned above whether you choose an Isagenix Shake meal or an Isagenix Soup meal replacement... The added components are, just before bed-time, drink several ounces, like 2oz, of IonixSupreme and take one or two IsaFlush capsules depending on your "regularity." If slower than desired take two capsules, otherwise take one capsule. If you are using the recommended Ageless Essentials AM and PM vitamins and supplemments, this is the time to take the PM pack of vitamins.

SNACKS: We have a supply of the IsaSnack which is packaged with the 30-Day System, plus we optionally purchased IsaDelight-PLUS, dark chocolate squares, and the woonderful Isagenix SLIMCAKE oatmeal-berry snacks... these supplements offer some delightful and nutritious "yummies" if and when a craving or a habit props up... In our experience, we have not had hardly any hunger-pangs during the day or evening; However, there are the habits that we have to break, when we are idle, like reading or watching TV in the evening... and we were used to grabbing a bag chips... OMG, please no more chips or pretzels... I've just stripped away 25 pounds of chips of pretzels, never to return... therefore, grab a square of IsaDelightPLUS, or a bite of the yummy oatmeal-berry SLIMCAKES, or one-half or one-quarter of an IsaLean Bar, which are really quite good. Actually, everything we have tasted is very good tasting.

HELPFUL SUGGESTIONS: For those folks, particularly those that were likely ingesting significant levels of beer, wine, alcohol, sugars and carbohydrates, in the first few days of the 30-day or 9-day program, these folk may initially experience a lack of energy, and/or dizziness. To overcome these symptoms, the standard 2-scoop Shakes may be taken in Half portions, twice as often...(for example, TWO standard 2-scoop Shakes taken every 6 hours in an 12 hour period, may be changed to a regemin of FOUR, 1-scoop Shakes taken every 3 hours, over the same 12 hour period) this assumes a 400-600 calorie balanced meal in the evening. Alternatively if usually as a mid-day lunch of 400-600 calories, the 1st half-Shake with only ONE Scoop of the IsaLean Shake powder, may be taken at say 7AM, and the 2nd half-Shake of only One Scoop at say 10AM; have your mid-day lunch at 1PM, and then split the normally second Shake into two 1/2 Shakes, the next half-Shake at 4PM, and next half-Shake to be taken at 7PM, this will tend to even-out the distribution of nutrients and enzymes into your system by providing more balanced levels of blood-sugars, enzymes, and nutrients.

If we can behave ourselves, and remain disciplined for the first 3 weeks, then most of the terrible eating habits will be severed... with the IsaSnacks, SlimCakes, IsaLean Bars, and IsaDelight PLUS squares, they help to satisfy the cravings, between meals. The results are quite amazing and serve as continued motivation to "remain on-course." When one has achieved their ideal desired weight, then the System is Simple, cut back to One-Meal-Replacement per day, followed by One or Two properly balanced healthy meals... continue with the weekly, or every-two-week Cleansing, the daily use of two servings of IonixSupreme each day, morning and night, and of course continue to take the Ageless Essentials Daily AM and PM packs, plus the IsaFlush at your late evening just before bed-time..
