Serving as Partner, Southcoast Partners, (presently) in various entities with William E Morris, developing Florida Real Estate projects.
Served as a limited partner developer with a Tampa based real estate developer who produced, constructed, and sold to life insurance companies, a number of 100,000 to 400,000 square foot retail shopping centers priced from $10 million to $50 million during the mid 1980's, and is currently a Florida licensed real estate broker; having these added credentials and perspectives, these disciplines serve well in dealing with the remediation of Banks, completion and liquidation of troubled portfolios, major secured credits, and OREO; having a strong executive presence as it relates to interaction with Senior Management.

Managed regulatory affairs, transformed a Federally Registered bank holding company to a public filing enterprise. Specialized in formulating strategic plans, manage asset quality issues from the 1980, 1990, and 2007 banking downturns. Installed asset-quality cultures, authored policy manuals for member banks, dealing with asset quality & credit administration. Interfaced, served with Bank Boards of Directors, in recognition and implementation Asset Quality, Credit Quality Control.
